You’ll perform high-quality residential cleans with consistency and care, following our proven cleaning systems. No dealing with customers or scheduling—we handle all logistics so you can focus on cleaning.

What You’ll Do

• Clean residential homes top to bottom with attention to detail
• Follow customized cleaning checklists and company procedures
• Safely use and care for eco-friendly cleaning products and tools
• Arrive on time, professionally dressed, and ready to impress
• Work solo or in teams, depending on job size

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning experience preferred
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Able to pass a background check
• Physically able to be on your feet and lift 25+ lbs
• Great communicator, punctual, and dependable
• Willing to learn and follow company systems for cleaning
