Bluewater Bay Animal Hospital is a small animal general practice that is looking for an associate veterinarian to join our team. Our hospital has been established in the area for over 36 years and has an excellent reputation, great support staff, and a great clientele. We are a very busy practice that is continuing to grow. Our hospital offers state of the art equipment such as: Digital X-rays (full body and dental), ultrasound, and in-house diagnostics (CBC, Chemistry, and Urinalysis). Also our practice will be expanding and undergoing a remodel in early 2024 to 3,000 square feet (doubling the hospital space). The expansion will allow us to provide a better work flow and allow us to have proper space for more advanced diagnostics (eventually endoscopy and pano dental machine). Our ideal candidate should be able to perform the following tasks:

• Perform general soft tissue surgery: spay, neuters, cystotomy, and minor mass removals
• Be able to communicate with clients findings on physical exams and other diagnostics
• Be able to diagnose and manage conditions
• Perform general ultrasounds and FAST Scans (thoracic and abdominal)
• Interpret dental radiographs
• Come in with a positive attitude
