Position Overview:

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Dialer to join our sales team. The Dialer will play a crucial role in supporting our outbound sales efforts by initiating calls to potential leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

You will understand the key drivers and strategic challenges faced by SMBs and will remain up to date with the newest changes in their prospective industry, with specific attention to growth strategy, compliance, and cyber risk.

 

You will be responsible for booking qualified appointments into the calendars of our sales team, who are responsible for closing the deal.

This is a remote contractor position with a generous base salary + commission, and OTE at $42k+ per annum.

 

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate success in strategic prospecting, positioning, as well as naturally connecting and networking with prospects and potential partners through outbound phone calls and appointment setting.

 

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 Your primary responsibility is to set appointments with qualified prospects for our sales team.

 

●    Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to prospective leads using a predetermined list of contacts provided by the sales team.

 

●    Lead Qualification: Conduct initial qualification of leads by gathering key information, assessing their interest and readiness to engage with our cybersecurity solutions.

 

●    Appointment Scheduling: Collaborate closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to schedule appointments, product demonstrations, or follow-up meetings with qualified prospects.

 

●    Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of call outcomes, prospect interactions, and appointment schedules in the CRM system.

 

●    Call Guide Adherence: Follow established calling guidelines to ensure consistency and professionalism in all outbound communications.

 

●    Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly quotas for outbound calls, qualified leads, and scheduled appointments.

 

●    Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with SDRs, sales managers, and other members of the sales team to optimize lead generation efforts and maximize sales opportunities.

 

●    Continuous Learning: Stay informed about Blueteam Networks cybersecurity solutions, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions and address prospect inquiries.

 

 Qualifications:

Base Compensation:

The hired individual will receive a base compensation package of $30,000US per annum. 


Commission Compensation:

A commission-based compensation is added to this base salary dependent on the number of quality appointments booked and shown, as well as the number of clients closed as a direct result of these actions. The compensation breaks down as follows: 

 

Per quality call booked & seen = $50

 

The minimum KPI’s to be hit are: 

 20 quality calls booked and shown per month

 20 * $50 = $1,000

 That will produce a minimum of 2 clients per month

  

Total compensation = Base + $50 per quality call booked & shown

Total compensation = $2,500 + $1,000 = $42,000 / year

 

Probationary Period Clause:

 

All newly hired Dialers will be subject to a 7-day probationary period upon commencement of employment. During this period, performance, adherence to company policies and procedures, and overall suitability for the role will be evaluated. At the conclusion of the probationary period, a formal performance review will be conducted to assess the Dialer’s progress and determine continued employment status.
