About Blue Wave Political Partners

Blue Wave is a leading national political consulting firm that delivers compliance, fundraising, and digital services to clients throughout the country. Description

Overview

This is a rare opportunity for an early-career professional to sit at the center of high-stakes political and business operations, gaining unparalleled exposure to national fundraising, client strategy, and executive leadership.

This role is equal parts executive support, client management, and strategic operations — ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, exercises sound judgment, and takes pride in making complex things run smoothly.

This person will provide the organizational and communication backbone for the Partner internally and externally.

We recognize that traditionally political campaigns have excluded many of those that are the most marginalized in society, including BIPOC, women, LGBTQ people, and people who have faced historical and structural barriers. Because we believe that these communities must be centered in the work we do both as candidates and employees, we strongly encourage applications from people with these identities or who are members of other communities.

Blue Wave Political Partners is a national political consulting firm with offices in Washington, DC, Seattle, Raleigh, and Georgia.
