About the Role

You’ll be cross-trained to support all areas of the clinic:

• Assisting with front desk operations like scheduling, checking in patients, and handling phones
• Supporting medical dermatology visits, including rooming, prepping, scribing, and follow-ups
• Helping with Mohs and dermatologic surgery, including setting up trays, assisting procedures, and post-op care

This is going to be a startup environment—things move fast, and we all wear a few hats. But we have fun, take care of each other, and genuinely care about what we’re building.

What We're Looking For

• Medical Assistant experience (a plus, but not required)
• Comfortable multitasking between clinical and front office duties
• Strong communicator—calm, kind, and clear under pressure
• A team player who’s not afraid to jump in and help wherever needed
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to adapt in a fast-paced setting
• Bonus points if you love organizing, patient education, or improving processes
