Works under the direction of the Retail Management team in carrying out all retail operations in the store, including, but not limited to, creating a positive centered environment, register operations, customer service, store appearance and displays, and employee interactions.
Essential Functions of the Job
Assist the Retail Management team in building a positive and cohesive team by providing leadership and support to staff, donors, and customers.
Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner throughout their shopping experience.
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely, ensuring the integrity of all transactions.
Work with the Retail Management team to establish and maintain high customer service standards, in alignment with the company mission statement, to create a pleasant shopping experience.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including restocking janitorial supplies, removing safety hazards, and cleaning public areas, to ensure the safety and well-being of customers and employees.
Regularly clean and organize fitting rooms to provide a comfortable and hygienic environment for customers.
Assist in stocking store shelves and clothing racks to maximize shopping opportunities for customers.
Collaborate with store staff to set up or change store displays, creating an appealing shopping environment and attracting customers to new items.
Communicate any customer service issues, register errors, employee concerns, accidents, or general store operations to the manager for proper resolution in accordance with company policies.
Participate in company-provided training events and attend store meetings to stay informed about policy changes, new procedures, and other job-related information.

Work Schedule and Required Hours
Part-time to full-time, Monday through Saturday, with a maximum of 40 hours per week.
Attendance at specific meetings, off-site events, or training as required.
$11 - $12 per hour
