Your Role as a General Dentist

As an integral part of our team, you'll lead with clinical excellence, deliver patient-centered care, and help foster a high-performing, values-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform full-mouth exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Deliver top-tier restorative and general dental care
• Lead and mentor your support team
• Build trust and rapport with patients through compassionate care
• Engage in quarterly CE and clinical case review sessions
• Contribute to practice growth through quality care and culture-building
• Champion a 5-star experience for every patient

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active state dental license
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Commitment to clinical excellence and patient satisfaction

Location & Schedule

We’re hiring for a full-time doctor in Blue Island, Illinois to meet growing patient demand.

Evening and weekend shifts are available — we offer flexibility to accommodate your needs while ensuring convenient access for our patients.
