🦷 What You’ll Do as a Dental Biller 🦷

✔ Own the Billing Process – Accurately submit claims, post payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.

✔ Be a Problem-Solving Ninja – Investigate denials, correct claim errors, and appeal when necessary.

✔ Keep Our Revenue Cycle Running Smoothly – Track claims, monitor AR reports, and ensure our multi-location practices get paid on time!

✔ Stay on Top of Compliance – Follow HIPAA regulations, CDT coding updates, and insurance guidelines to maintain ethical billing practices.

🎯 What We’re Looking For 🎯

🌟 Billing & Insurance Pro – 2+ years of dental billing experience with strong knowledge of CDT codes & claim submissions. Prior experience running a dental group billing department is preferred!

📞 Clear Communicator – You can explain billing and insurance concepts in a way that makes sense to patients & team members.

🔍 Detail-Oriented & Organized – You double-check everything to ensure accuracy in claims & payments.

💻 Tech-Savvy – Comfortable with dental billing software (we use Dentrix Ascend) and electronic claim submissions.

💪 Go-Getter Attitude – You take initiative, solve problems, and work efficiently without constant supervision.
