Signing Bonus!: A signing bonus ($1,000 for full-time, $500 for part-time) will be provided and paid out after 6 months of employment.

Blossoming Minds Therapy provides evidence-based and individualized speech, language, and educational therapy for children and families through both in-person and Zoom teletherapy appointments. We work with clients in the greater Denver and Front Range areas, as well as across multiple other states throughout the country.


Our Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a clinical fellow to join our team at a quickly growing private practice in Denver, Colorado. Experience working with children diagnosed with language-based learning disabilities and fluency disorders is preferred, but not required, as our work environment will contain ample opportunities for expanding one’s knowledge base. This opportunity would be a good fit for someone who is looking for an opportunity for continued mentorship in the field of speech-language pathology, and someone who is looking to grow with a smaller company.


Positions Open:


  • We are looking to bring on a speech-language pathology clinical fellow beginning in January 2025
  • Full-time employment - Our office hours are approximately Monday-Friday 11:00am-7:30pm during the school year. The compensation listed is for a full-time, salaried position.
  • Part-time employment- is available at an hourly compensation rate for either schedule listed below:
  • After school hours, Monday-Friday, from approximately 2:00pm/3:00pm-7:30pm, schedule dependent
  • Multiple days per week, with at least a 2-3 day commitment maintaining hours of approximately 11:00am-7:30pm


Primary Job Responsibilities/Requirements:


  • Opportunity to work for a therapist and woman-owned company
  • Must have a master's degree in the field of speech-language pathology
  • Valid state licensure and certification in speech-language pathology
  • Must have completed and passed the PRAXIS
  • Conduct individual speech, language, and educational therapy sessions via in-person and teletherapy (Zoom) modalities
  • Supporting during evaluation sessions by administering standardized speech, language, social language, educational, and intelligence assessments to determine the therapeutic trajectory and needs of service, experience with diagnostics utilizing a variety of psychometric materials preferred
  • Scoring and interpretation of evaluation assessments to diagnose various speech, language, and educational disorders
  • Aiding in the process of writing reports for a variety of different purposes (i.e., initial evaluations, Medicaid PARs, accommodation and recommendations, progress monitoring, etc.)

  • have strong communication and interpersonal skills, providing education and guidance to students and families, while working closely with other clinicians
  • be flexible, maintain a high level of professionalism, have excellent problem solving skills, and have a strong attention to detail
  • maintain robust organizational and time management skills, maintaining accurate records of therapy sessions to monitor progress
  • ensure and maintain confidentiality, and follow HIPAA compliance
  • have experience working with electronic medical record platforms to complete daily SOAP notes, previous Zoom experience a plus
  • have experience with administering and scoring various speech, language, and educational evaluations, as well as other psychometrics
  • be willing to collaborate and able to work as part of a team of therapists (including other speech-language pathology assistants, graduate student clinicians, speech-language pathology clinical fellows, and speech-language pathologists)
  • collaborate with supervising SLP in developing individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client goals; support with identifying appropriate therapy techniques, materials, and activities to support each client’s specific needs
  • enjoy/want strong mentorship and therapist support with regard to therapeutic approaches for a variety of speech, language, and educational disorders for pediatric clients of all ages
