Job Overview:

As a Full Time Pediatric Occupational Therapist at Blossom Pediatric Therapy Partners, LLC, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families. You will work with a team of dedicated professionals to provide quality occupational therapy services to children with a variety of developmental challenges. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $38 to $42 per hour, commensurate with candidate's level of experience.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess children's developmental needs

- Develop individualized treatment plans to address specific goals and objectives

- Provide direct therapy services to children in both individual and group settings

- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other team members to ensure coordinated care

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans

- Stay current on best practices and evidence-based interventions in pediatric occupational therapy

Requirements:

- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy

- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist

- Previous experience working with pediatric populations preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

- Commitment to providing high-quality, client-centered care

Preference:

-Ohio Pupil Services License
