This role is for clinicians who want meaningful work with students during the school day — without evening or weekend hours.
Blossom is hiring a fully licensed clinician to join our SPROUTS school-based mental health program, providing therapy to students across four public school buildings in the Douglassville/Birdsboro area.
SPROUTS brings outpatient mental health care directly into schools so students can access support where they already spend their day. You’ll work with children and adolescents across the K–12 spectrum while remaining part of the broader Blossom clinical team.
If you enjoy working with students and want to make a real impact inside a school community, this role was designed for you.
W2 employment. Clear pay. Predictable expectations.
Fee for Service Position:
• 12–20 clinical hours per week
• $52–$65 per clinical hour
• $15/hour for non-clinical time
• Late cancel / no-show protection
Raises are tied to:
• Caseload consistency
• Professional performance and reliability
No productivity roulette. No vague bonus structures.
This role follows the school-day schedule.
• Daytime hours during the school week (roughly 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
• No evening or weekend hours required
• Occasional after-school availability may be helpful depending on student needs
SPROUTS is Blossom's school-based mental health initiative, designed to bring high-quality therapy directly into the school environment.
Students are referred through school support teams and receive outpatient therapy services billed through insurance, just like they would in a traditional therapy setting — but with the convenience of being seen at school.
You’ll work with K–12 students navigating:
• Anxiety and emotional regulation
• Behavioral challenges
• Identity development and life transitions
• Peer relationships and social challenges
• Family stress and adjustment
You focus on clinical care. We handle referrals and administrative support.
Even though you’ll work in schools, you are still part of the Blossom clinical team.
You’ll have access to:
• Regular case consultation
• Peer consultation groups
• Optional supervision and mentorship
• Support when expanding into new specialties (trauma, neurodivergence, youth mental health)
You won’t be isolated — and you won’t be micromanaged either.
You will provide:
• Individual therapy for K–12 students
• Small group counseling when appropriate
• Clinical assessments and treatment planning
• Collaboration with school staff and support teams
• Ethical, timely documentation
This role focuses on relationship-based counseling with students in a supportive school environment.
This role is a strong fit if you:
• Are fully licensed in Pennsylvania (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW)
• Enjoy working with children and adolescents
• Want a predictable daytime schedule
• Value autonomy with strong clinical support
• Are looking for a long-term professional home
If you prefer strictly office-based therapy or adult-only caseloads, this role likely won’t be the right fit.
To apply, please submit:
A thoughtful cover letter addressing:
• Your experience working with children or adolescents
• Your interest in school-based counseling
• How you approach supporting students navigating emotional and behavioral challenges
• Why Blossom feels like a place you could grow
Applications without will not be considered.
We offer:
• Stability without stagnation
• Flexibility without chaos
• Support without micromanagement
• The opportunity to make a real impact in the community
SPROUTS allows clinicians to intervene early, support students where they are, and strengthen the mental health of entire school communities.
If that sounds like the kind of work you want to do, we’d love to hear from you.
