Key Responsibilities:


  • Therapeutic Sessions: Lead therapy sessions, tailoring approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Clinical Assessments and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose and understand client needs, followed by the crafting of thoughtful treatment plans.
  • Documentation: Maintain precise and timely documentation of all therapy sessions and communications to ensure continuity of care.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside a diverse team of health professionals to provide comprehensive care that encompasses multiple facets of mental health.
  • Ethical Practice: Adhere strictly to the highest legal and ethical standards in mental health practices, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all.


Minimum Qualifications:


  • Education: Master’s Degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
  • Licensure: Must hold a fully independent licensure in Texas (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.).
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in mental health treatment, diagnosing, and managing related paperwork.
  • Availability: Must be available for evening appointments.


Preferred Experience:


  • At least two years of post-licensure experience.
  • Proven track record working with diverse populations and a variety of mental health conditions.
