Key Responsibilities:
- Therapeutic Sessions: Lead therapy sessions, tailoring approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Clinical Assessments and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose and understand client needs, followed by the crafting of thoughtful treatment plans.
- Documentation: Maintain precise and timely documentation of all therapy sessions and communications to ensure continuity of care.
- Collaboration: Work alongside a diverse team of health professionals to provide comprehensive care that encompasses multiple facets of mental health.
- Ethical Practice: Adhere strictly to the highest legal and ethical standards in mental health practices, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s Degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
- Licensure: Must hold a fully independent licensure in South Dakota (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.).
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in mental health treatment, diagnosing, and managing related paperwork.
- Availability: Must be available for evening appointments.
Preferred Experience:
- At least two years of post-licensure experience.
- Proven track record working with diverse populations and a variety of mental health conditions.

Compensation and Benefits:
