📋 Your Role at Blossom Counseling:

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Telehealth), your responsibilities will include:

• Therapeutic Sessions: Lead individual therapy sessions via telehealth, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Clinical Assessments & Planning: Conduct thorough assessments to understand client needs, followed by the creation of personalized treatment plans.
• Documentation: Maintain timely, accurate documentation of all therapy sessions, ensuring the continuity of care.
• Collaboration: Work with a diverse team of health professionals to provide holistic care.
• Ethical Practice: Uphold the highest legal and ethical standards, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all clients.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s Degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Fully independent licensure in Florida (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.).
• Experience in mental health treatment, diagnosing, and managing related documentation.
• Availability for evening appointments.

Preferred Experience:

• At least two years of post-licensure experience in clinical settings.
• Experience working with diverse populations and a variety of mental health conditions.
