Our residency program offers a structured and supportive environment designed to provide you with the necessary clinical experience and supervision required for licensure. This position is ideal for master's level graduates who are seeking to refine their counseling skills under the guidance of experienced professionals while making a meaningful impact on the community.


  • Engage in direct client counseling to accumulate required clinical hours under close supervision.
  • Participate in both individual and group supervision sessions to enhance therapeutic skills and receive feedback.
  • Manage a caseload of clients, including assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing support.
  • Contribute to program development and engage in community outreach activities.
  • Maintain rigorous adherence to ethical standards and professional conduct at all times.
  • Complete all necessary documentation and reports related to client sessions and residency requirements.


  • Master’s degree in Counseling or a closely related field from a CACREP-accredited institution.
  • Completion of a practicum and internship as part of the master's degree program.
  • Eligibility to seek licensure as an LPC in Pennsylvania.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional development and ethical practice.
  • Must have professional liability insurance and pass necessary background checks as required for clinical work.
