The LOTUS Pathways Program is seeking motivated and compassionate individuals for our dynamic Mental Health Counseling Internship. This opportunity is designed for master's level students who are committed to developing their professional skills in a supportive and rigorous clinical setting. Our program aligns with CACREP standards, providing a structured platform for hands-on learning and professional growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Participate in individual and group therapy sessions under the supervision of licensed mental health professionals.
  • Engage in direct and indirect client care, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation.
  • Attend and contribute to training workshops, seminars, and supervision meetings.
  • Assist in the development and facilitation of therapeutic programs and community outreach initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.


Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a master's program in counseling or a closely related field, at a CACREP-accredited institution.
  • Strong academic standing with a minimum GPA of 3.5.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice and professional development.
