This role is for clinicians who want stability, autonomy, and long-term growth — without burnout culture.

About Blossom

At Blossom Counseling and Wellness, we do therapy—and teamwork—differently. We’re a group of clinicians who genuinely love what we do, and we’re building something that feels human, grounded, and impactful. Our team works with children, teens, adults, and families using a holistic approach that actually considers the whole person—mental, emotional, social, and physical health included. We believe in autonomy and collaboration, not micromanagement or burnout culture. You get to shape your schedule, your caseload, and your professional goals while knowing you’re part of a community that has your back. We offer diverse services—individual, group, and family therapy, plus specialized programs for anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns—so there’s room to grow, specialize, and find your niche. We’re big on continued learning, creative ideas, and clinicians who care as much about showing up authentically as they do about doing good work. Our vibe? Professional but not stiff, structured but not corporate. You’ll find support, transparency, and a genuine sense of belonging here. Blossom isn’t just a place to clock hours—it’s a place to build a career, connect with a team that cheers you on, and make a real difference. If you’re looking for a long-term home that values growth, integrity, and good humor along the way, you’ll fit right in here.

Description

Blossom Counseling is hiring a fully licensed Clinical Supervisor to support and guide our growing team of LAPCs and graduate-level students. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys teaching, mentoring, and holding clinical standards — while still staying connected to direct client care.

If you’re at a stage in your career where you want your experience to matter beyond your own caseload, this role was built for you.

💰 Compensation

  • W2 salaried position
  • $50,000–$65,000 annually, based on experience
  • Same salary range as fully licensed clinicians, with reduced caseload expectations
  • Benefits include:
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Disability insurance
  • Health & wellness stipend
  • Continuing education stipend
  • Technology stipend
  • Licensure reimbursement

This role prioritizes sustainability and leadership — not volume.

⏱ Caseload Expectations

  • 17–20 client sessions per week
  • Caseload is intentionally lighter to allow space for:
  • Supervision
  • Consultation
  • Documentation review
  • Clinical leadership responsibilities

We do not overload supervisors with clinical hours.

🧠 Supervision & Leadership Responsibilities

As a Clinical Supervisor at Blossom, you will:

  • Provide individual and group supervision to:
  • Licensed Associate Professional Counselors (LAPCs)
  • Master’s-level practicum and internship students
  • Support supervisees in:
  • Clinical skill development
  • Ethical decision-making
  • Case conceptualization
  • Professional identity formation
  • Review documentation and provide feedback aligned with best practices
  • Participate in training, onboarding, and ongoing clinician development
  • Serve as a steady, accessible clinical resource for the team

This is a hands-on supervision role, not an administrative-only position.

🎯 Who This Role Is For

This role is a strong fit if you:

  • Are fully independently licensed in Pennsylvania (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW)
  • Are at least 5 years post-graduation
  • Have experience supervising (or a strong interest in doing so)
  • Enjoy mentoring and teaching clinicians at earlier stages
  • Value structure, ethics, and clear expectations
  • Want a leadership role without stepping away from client work entirely
  • Are interested in long-term growth within a group practice

If you prefer working completely independently or are not interested in supervision, this will not be the right role.

🧩 Flexibility & Support

  • Hybrid schedule (in-person + telehealth)
  • Predictable expectations and consistent support
  • Administrative and referral support provided
  • Strong internal systems — no chaos, no guesswork
  • Collaborative leadership team that values input and transparency

You are supported so you can support others well.

🛋️ The Clients We Serve

Our practice supports:

  • Children (ages 5+), teens, and young adults
  • Adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life transitions
  • Couples and families
  • LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent individuals
  • Marginalized and BIPOC communities
  • Seniors navigating aging, grief, and change

Our approach is warm, ethical, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care.

📝 How to Apply

To apply, please submit:

  1. A thoughtful cover letter addressing:
  • Your clinical background and areas of strength
  • Your experience supervising or mentoring clinicians
  • Your supervision philosophy and leadership style
  • Why this role fits where you are in your career now
  1. Two professional references (ideally supervisors, colleagues, or supervisees)

Applications without both will not be considered.
