Help children build confidence, resilience, and the skills they'll carry for a lifetime.

About Blossom

At Blossom Counseling and Wellness, we do therapy—and teamwork—differently. We’re a group of clinicians who genuinely love what we do, and we’re building something that feels human, grounded, and impactful. Our team works with children, teens, adults, and families using a holistic approach that actually considers the whole person—mental, emotional, social, and physical health included. We believe in autonomy and collaboration, not micromanagement or burnout culture. You get to shape your schedule, your caseload, and your professional goals while knowing you’re part of a community that has your back. We offer diverse services—individual, group, and family therapy, plus specialized programs for anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns—so there’s room to grow, specialize, and find your niche. We’re big on continued learning, creative ideas, and clinicians who care as much about showing up authentically as they do about doing good work. Our vibe? Professional but not stiff, structured but not corporate. You’ll find support, transparency, and a genuine sense of belonging here. Blossom isn’t just a place to clock hours—it’s a place to build a career, connect with a team that cheers you on, and make a real difference. If you’re looking for a long-term home that values growth, integrity, and good humor along the way, you’ll fit right in here.

Description

At Blossom, we believe childhood is one of the most important times to intervene. Whether it's helping a child manage anxiety, supporting a family through behavioral challenges, or giving a tween the confidence to navigate friendships and school, the work you do today can change the trajectory of a young person's life.

We're looking for a clinician who genuinely enjoys working with children ages 5–12 and their families. While we're open to both associate licensed (LAPC) and fully licensed (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) clinicians, fully licensed candidates are preferred.

If you're passionate about helping children thrive—and you're looking for a practice that invests in your growth as much as you invest in your clients—we'd love to meet you.
