Full-Time Live-Out Nanny
We are seeking a dependable, caring, and experienced full-time nanny to provide attentive and nurturing care for our children. The ideal candidate is trustworthy, patient, organized, energetic, and able to maintain a safe and positive environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, loving, and age-appropriate care for the children
- Ensure the children’s safety and well-being at all times
- Assist with morning, afternoon, and bedtime routines as needed
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children
- Transport children to and from school, appointments, activities, and events
- Help with homework and educational activities
- Plan fun, creative, and age-appropriate activities
- Maintain the children’s daily schedule and routines
- Complete the children’s laundry and keep their bedrooms and play areas organized
- Clean up after meals and activities involving the children
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding the children’s activities, behavior, and needs
- Administer medications when authorized and properly instructed by the parents
- Travel with the family occasionally when needed
- Perform other childcare-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous professional nanny or childcare experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dependable, punctual, patient, and professional
- Comfortable caring for multiple children
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding the family and household
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or travel when needed
- Must possess a valid U.S. passport and be willing and able to travel domestically and internationally with the family when needed.
Schedule
This is a full-time position. The regular schedule will be discussed during the interview. Some flexibility may be required based on the family’s schedule, school activities, travel, or other childcare needs.
Compensation
The hourly rate is $26 to $30 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, availability, and references.
Paid time off, paid holidays, and other benefits may be available after the successful completion of the introductory employment period.
Employment Requirements
The selected candidate must complete all required onboarding documents, including employment eligibility verification, tax forms, background screening, and any other documents required by the employer.
