Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and guests with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Provide excellent customer service, including check-ins, retail sales, and answering questions.
• Support day-to-day gym operations such as facility cleanliness, gear rentals, and safety checks.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and community-focused atmosphere.
• Communicate effectively with members, guests, and teammates.
• Uphold and represent Climb Nittany’s values and brand standards.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for working in a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated.
• Prior climbing experience is helpful, but not required (training provided).
• Evening and weekend availability is required.
