We are seeking a dependable, friendly, and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent & Housekeeping Associate to join our hospitality team. This dual-role position is responsible for providing exceptional guest service at the front desk while also helping maintain clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms and common areas.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, takes pride in cleanliness and organization, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. This role is essential in creating positive guest experiences from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Duties

  • Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Process reservations, room assignments, payments, and guest requests accurately
  • Answer phones and respond professionally to guest inquiries
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
  • Maintain accurate records and balance daily transactions
  • Follow hotel security procedures and emergency protocols

Housekeeping Duties

  • Clean guest rooms and bathrooms to hotel standards
  • Change linens, make beds, and restock toiletries and supplies
  • Vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize rooms and common areas
  • Launder bedding and towels as needed
  • Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost items promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the property
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • Ensure rooms are guest-ready in a timely manner

Qualifications

  • Previous hospitality, customer service, or housekeeping experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Reliable, punctual, and dependable
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel management systems
  • Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
  • Comfortable performing both customer service and physical cleaning duties

Salary
