Key Responsibilities:
- Safety and Protection of staff: Conduct hourly patrols (walking stairs and hidden areas) to deter unauthorized access and ensure the security of entrances, parking areas, and common spaces.
- Enforce Rules and Regulations: Ensuring all rules are enforced and violations are documented and reported.
- Access Control: Manage entry and exit points, verifying credentials to prevent unauthorized entries.
- Incident Reporting: Investigate and document incidents, accidents, and unusual activities in detailed reports.
- Emergency Response: Respond swiftly to emergencies, assisting in evacuation procedures and coordinating with emergency services as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- No security experience required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Possession of NC Unarmed Security Guard Registration (PPSB).
- At-least 2 years experience in security
- At-least 2 years experience in customer service
Skills:
- Strong observation and attention to detail.
- Ability to think critically and respond effectively in emergency situations.
- Proficiency in using security equipment and surveillance systems.
