Advise and represent clients in courts, before government agencies, and in private legal matters. Communicate with their clients, colleagues, judges, and others involved in the case. Conduct research and analysis of legal problems. Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.
Blackstone Law is a rapidly growing litigation and trial firm looking for a sharp and highly driven litigator for its plaintiff's side labor and employment practice, and specifically wage and hour, PAGA, and class actions. A strong grasp of these areas of law is a requirement. The candidate would manage their own case load with the support of a dedicated team.
While the candidate would have significant autonomy managing their work load, Blackstone Law believes in creating a collaborative environment and the candidate will have the opportunity to discuss and brainstorm cases and strategies with the other senior attorneys, managing partner, and the rest of the team.
