Blackbird The Collective Group, LLC is growing fast, and we need a creative Marketing + Social Media Summer Intern who can help us make the Blackbird brand impossible to ignore online.

We are not looking for someone to sit quietly in the corner and “observe.” We are looking for someone who gets content, understands trends, has ideas, and wants real experience building a brand from the ground up.

This is not a boring corporate internship. No stuffy offices, work where you want, how you want as long as you lock in. No coffee-run-only vibes. No fake projects. No copy-paste busy work. And absolutely no micro-managing! Sometimes we work pool side, beach side, boat side, or while bed-rotting with the free-loaders with paws; and sometimes it hard hats and steeled toe boots! Then sometimes we are traveling or or attending charity or leadership and networking events, so strap in bestie! You'll never have the same day twice.

At Blackbird, you will get real content, real responsibility, and real portfolio pieces.

We work in real estate, construction, renovations, new builds, property management, investing, philanthropy and community-focused housing and assistance. That means there is content everywhere —hello renovation glow-ups, before-and-after reveals, jobsite progress, home tours, team moments, local events, behind-the-scenes clips, brand storytelling, and community impact.

If you can look at a mess and make it good content, we need to talk, yesterday.

Main quests and Side Quests

You are going to (remember no NPCs) complete the following:

Creating TikToks, Reels, stories, and short-form video content

Turning projects into scroll-stopping posts

Capturing jobsite, property, team, and behind-the-scenes content

Spotting trends before they are already over

Writing captions that sound like a real person wrote them

Helping us avoid “corporate cringe” online

Creating Canva graphics, flyers, and simple branded content

Helping plan content calendars

Organizing photos, videos, and brand assets

Assisting with email marketing, newsletters, and community events

Tracking engagement and learning what actually hits

Bringing fresh ideas to the table — and yes, we actually want them so speak up and stand on business, and level up.
