Blackbird Building Group is looking for a dependable and hardworking Residential Construction Laborers and Experienced Foreman to join our growing team. We are a busy residential construction company with consistent projects, competitive pay, and opportunities for reliable workers to grow with us.

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work, shows up on time, works well with others, and is willing to learn. Experience in residential construction is required, a minimum of 3 years is preferred.

Responsibilities include:

Experienced Trades: Drywall, Tiling, Flooring, Carpentry, Framing, Crawlspace and Foundation, Electrical, plumbing, landscaping and more! Great signing bonus, plus high starting wages and great benefits!

Non-Trade: Assisting with residential construction, remodeling, and repair projects; loading and unloading materials; jobsite cleanup and organization; basic demolition; assisting skilled trades as needed; carrying tools, materials, and equipment; following safety procedures; and helping keep projects moving efficiently.

Ideal candidate:

Has reliable transportation, can show up on time every day, is physically able to lift materials and work on active jobsites, follows instructions, works well with a team, and is willing to learn new skills. Basic knowledge of tools, construction materials, framing, drywall, flooring, trim, painting, or remodeling is required.
