Crew Leader / Foreman The Crew Leader at Black Pearl Management is responsible for leading a landscape crew in the successful execution of installation services. This role requires hands-on work while providing direction, ensuring quality standards, maintaining safety, and efficiently utilizing company resources. A Crew Leader serves as the frontline representative of Black Pearl Management on job sites and is critical to delivering our standard of excellence.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Communication: Complete daily reports and submit to the Production Supervisor.

• Quality Metrics: Work completed according to plan and company standards without rework.

• Resource Efficiency: Maintain tools, truck, and job site organization to prevent delays or losses.

• Safety Compliance: Achieve zero safety incidents and ensure all PPE and protocols are followed. • Time Management: Complete assigned work within the allotted man-hours.
