The ideal candidate must be comfortable with technology, have a valid phlebotomy license, and be capable of lifting heavy equipment. Additionally, this position requires a clean driving record, the ability to operate large vehicles, and a willingness to work mandatory weekends in all weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for community members, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience.

• Conduct intake assessments, collect patient information, and ensure accurate documentation.

• Perform phlebotomy procedures safely and efficiently at community events, health fairs, and mobile clinics.

• Set up and break down heavy equipment for community outreach events.

• Drive and operate large vehicles, ensuring timely transportation of medical supplies and event materials.

• Use technology for data entry, scheduling, and communication with staff and community partners.

• Work outdoors in various weather conditions, assisting with community engagement initiatives.

• Provide outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with the community.

• Follow all safety, health, and compliance protocols.

• Work mandatory weekends as required for community.
