Key Focus Areas

• Configure Apple Devices to their required specifications.
• Follow test and validation plans to ensure provisioning quality.
• Maintain productivity goals.
• Troubleshoot problems with Apple devices, including hardware, software and peripherals.
• Ensure that customers receive the highest level of customer service.
• Communicate issues concerning customer orders to management.
• Adhere to warehouse safety procedures and guidelines at all times.

Other Responsibilities

• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.
• Demonstrate ability to push and pull up to 10 pounds of force occasionally.
• Demonstrate ability to perform eight or more hours of standing, walking, bending, lifting, stooping and carrying products in combination at any given time.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment which includes changes in temperature as weather fluctuates, noise from conveyors and forklifts.
• Eliminate theft and ensure security of workspace location.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Comfort with both a device-oriented and people-oriented workflow.
• General technology device certification or an equivalent combination of education and experience with the ability to demonstrate knowledge.

Other Required Qualifications

• Analytical skills and the ability to solve problems.
• Ability to quickly learn about new technology and keep pace with an ever-changing industry.
• Ability to assemble and disassemble boxes and cases for Apple Devices.
• Obtain certifications and continually learn new technology.

Preferred Qualifications

• Apple knowledge, experience, and/or certification.
• Knowledge of computer and/or mobile device components and configuration of Apple hardware, as demonstrated by previous experience provisioning and deploying.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse and operational technology, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and pallet wrappers
• Understanding of configuration automation, specific to Apple.
