**Job Title:** Retail Sales and Inventory Assistant

**Salary Range:** $15 to $20 per hour plus PTO and 401k match
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a very special Cannabis Retail Sales and Inventory Assistant to join our small team at Black Cat Collaborative LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for providing education, customer service and sales support for both Medical and Recreational Cannabis shops. You will be responsible for learning and sharing up to date cannabis product and industry information in a professional and compassionate manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate cash and inventory balances, including, but not limited to, State monitored seed to sale tracking compliance and appropriate stock levels; as well as assisting with purchasing, office management and marketing activities. You may also be required to assist in production and cultivation or miscellaneous property management activities.

**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile any discrepancies
- Assist with office management tasks such as filing, organizing, and scheduling
- Maintain a clean and professional personal and environmental appearance to ensure a safe and welcoming workspace
- Provide exceptional and educational customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets
**Requirements:**
- Associate Degree or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service and cannabis preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Criminal Background check required
