We are looking for a highly motivated and effective Customer Service Representative to support the operations of BizX Headquarters in Bellevue.


What You’ll Do in This Role:

If you delight in providing an exceptional customer experience and advocating for your customer’s needs, this role offers a great opportunity to make a difference in your local small business community. As part of the Member Services Team, it is your responsibility to provide outstanding Member support on all levels of interaction within the BizX community, including various forms of Member communication, online support, and purchasing need. You will contribute to the corporate vision and positional needs in the following ways:

  • Deliver outstanding communication both to our members and team
  • Process transactions for members or account brokers via Freshdesk, chat or over the phone
  • Produce accurate data entry results for transactions, member demographics, account updates, and add detailed notes accordingly
  • Follow systemized standards for monthly statements and mail merges
  • Manage mail slips, recurring fees and account follow up
  • Attend to customer questions, complaints, and concerns immediately, and facilitate satisfactory resolution within our established response time frames
  • Provide outstanding team support across all industry verticals
  • Educate members how to effectively manage their accounts
  • Order, process, and review gift cards and update them accordingly
  • Support our accounting team in adjustments, accounts receivable, and reconciliation
  • Manage ordering BizX Cards for members
  • All other administrative duties as assigned

What You'll Bring:

  • 2+ years of equivalent customer service experience, ideally in financial service, hospitality, or business-to-business
  • Solid business communication skills
  • Post-secondary education preferred
  • Phone/Email Help desk experience is beneficial
