The BizX Advertising Account Support Representative role is two-fold; handle all tasks associated with pre and post media sales and build, develop, and maintain relationships with key people at BizX media member companies to ensure robust and steady use of BizX dollars and a developing relationship.

  

This is an entry level position with the opportunity and expectation to grow into a BizX Advertising Account Manager position.


What You’ll Do in This Role:

  • Obtain BizX trade clearance from media members
  • Get approval/sign off on all Media Authorization Sheets and Insertion Orders
  • Send creative specs to advertisers
  • Ensure creative is submitted on time
  • Put together creative due date calendars for longer multi-media campaigns
  • Collect and maintain library of media kits, creative specs and editorial calendars and other media marketing materials
  • Prep media decks
  • Attend member media planning meetings with Advertising Account Managers
  • Ensure advertiser receives proof of performance from media
  • Develop and maintain relationship with multiple department at media members – marketing/promo, ops, etc.
  • Help media members utilize BizX dollar balances – mail merges, pro-active phone calls, spending meetings, etc.

What You'll Bring:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Experience including but not limited to full cycle sales, B2B centric roles, and business development
  • BA/BS degree or applicable professional experience preferred
