Duties
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls
- Provide information about services provided by the office
- Check-in and check-out patients, ensuring accurate details and payment
- Handle patient complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues promptly - direct to appropriate manager
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and schedule management
Skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong clerical and administrative abilities
- Proficient in file management and organization
- Experience with EHR systems and scheduling appointments would be nice to have but not required.
- Attention to detail
- Familiarity with front desk operations in a chiropractic office setting
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a clerical office role is a plus
Ideal candidate will be flexible to work 20-30 hours per week. Schedule will flex and is dependent on doctor's schedule at the office. Full time hours are available for the right candidate.
