Birth Control Pharmacist is dedicated to promoting access to pharmacy services, with a focus on reproductive health. We are excited to expand our team to include a Director of Growth.
The Director of Growth is responsible for driving awareness, customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion across the organization's education programs, software products, partnerships, and strategic initiatives. This individual owns the organization's growth strategy and serves as the bridge between visibility, customer engagement, and revenue generation.
Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Brand Development
- Lead marketing strategy and execution
- Strengthen brand positioning and messaging
- Manage content, website, social media, email marketing, and campaigns
- Increase awareness and engagement across target audiences
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Develop and manage sales systems and processes
- Build and maintain healthy sales pipelines
- Support SaaS commercialization efforts
- Develop customer acquisition and retention strategies
- Identify new revenue opportunities
Customer Acquisition
- Design and implement lead generation strategies
- Design and oversee customer management system
- Build referral and partnership programs
- Optimize conversion and customer journey processes
- Track, analyze, and report on growth metrics
Community & Market Expansion
- Expand organizational reach and influence
- Strengthen relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Support strategic partnerships that drive growth
- Increase participation in programs, products, and events
Success in This Role

Required Qualifications
- Must legally reside in the US and all work must be completed in the US (due to federal funding requirements). Specifically, must legally reside in CA, IA, IL, IN, MA, MD, MO, or NY.
- Birth Control Pharmacist participates in the E-Verify program.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with healthcare providers (especially pharmacists).
- Passion for reproductive rights and access to health care
Salary and Benefits
- $100,000 - $110,000 base salary annually plus bonus opportunities, commensurate with experience and location
