**Job Overview:**
As a Work From Home Call Center / Customer Support representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, and will play a key role in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities:**
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide information about products and services, resolve customer complaints, and escalate issues as needed
