Bio-Elite Training Systems is a high-performance training company dedicated to helping clients eliminate pain, build real strength, and perform at their best. We’re looking for a part-time Performance Coach who’s ready to deliver exceptional coaching, bring energy to every session, and contribute to growing our brand and community.


Role Overview

As a Performance Coach, you'll lead both semi-private (4–6 clients) and 1:1 personal training sessions in our premium Scottsdale facility. You’ll guide clients through our structured training system, focusing on movement quality, strength development, and long-term performance.

You'll also represent Bio-Elite in the community and on social platforms, helping us grow brand awareness and build meaningful relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coach semi-private group sessions with attention to individual goals
  • Deliver personalized 1:1 personal training programs (Higher rate compensation plan)
  • Conduct movement assessments and implement corrective strategies
  • Track client progress and maintain strong communication
  • Engage with leads and prospects in a professional, confident manner
  • Support brand awareness through local events, networking, and social media
  • Uphold the Bio-Elite methodology and client experience standards

Requirements

  • Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, CSCS, ACSM, or equivalent)
  • Minimum 1 year of coaching or training experience
  • CPR/AED certification
  • Strong understanding of biomechanics, mobility, and strength principles
  • Availability for early morning or evening shifts (exact schedule TBD)

Bonus Points (Not Required, but Highly Valued)

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field
  • Up to date Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)
  • Prior experience working in a semi-private setting with performance or pain management
  • Background in corrective exercise or pain-sensitive populations
  • Familiarity with tools like Trainerize or similar coaching platforms
  • Comfortable creating fitness content for social media or online education

Salary

$25 - $27.5 per hour
