Bio Drip Wellness & Longevity Clinic is seeking a dedicated and personable Medical Assistant for the Front Office Customer Service. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and providing clinical support to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and manage appointment scheduling.
- Provide accurate information about clinic services, treatments, and policies.
- Front Desk Operations:
- Check patients in and out and process payments.
- Maintain and organize patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and clinical materials.
- Clinical Support as Needed:
- Assist healthcare providers with patient assessments, taking vitals, and preparing examination rooms.
- Administer injections, perform phlebotomy, and handle other medical tasks as needed.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of clinical and administrative areas.
- Patient Interaction:
- Guide patients through their wellness journey, providing information on treatments and procedures.
- Address and resolve patient concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments, lab results, and treatment plans.
- Administrative Duties:
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate patient records.
- Support the Clinic Manager with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team development and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Medical Assistant certification from an accredited program preferred.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in a medical office or clinic setting is highly desirable.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures.

Physical Requirements:
