We're Hiring: Residential Remodeling Technician 

Location: Walton, NY and surrounding areas

We’re looking for skilled and driven Residential Remodeling Technicians to join our growing team at BILCAP Contracting. This is a hands-on role working on custom kitchens, bathrooms, decks, and a variety of interior/exterior renovation projects.

What You’ll Do:

- Tackle high-quality residential remodeling projects (kitchens, baths, decks, more)  

- Read and follow construction plans, drawings, and specifications  

- Keep worksites clean, safe, and professional  

- Collaborate with teammates and communicate clearly with clients  

- Deliver work that meets or exceeds BILCAP’s standards — on time and on budget

You Should Have:

- Experience in residential remodeling  

- Strong skills in framing, drywall, trim, flooring, and cabinetry  

- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation  

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team  

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills  

- (Bonus: Plumbing or electrical experience is a plus, but not required)

Compensation & Perks:
