Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on rental fleet bikes and e-bikes
- Complete tune-ups and repairs on customer bikes and e-bikes
- Assemble new bikes and perform quality inspections
- Assist customers with bike fittings and adjustments
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bike mechanic or similar role
- Strong knowledge of bike components and mechanics
- Ability to use various tools and equipment for repairs
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
