Bike Powered Events is a unique event and catering company. Our events focus on interactive experiences using stationary bikes equipped with various attachments and accessories that offer fun, creative, and engaging activities. Our catering and rental services extend across North America and our interactive art installations tour various city festivals around the world.

Our events are typically Monday - Friday, 8-10 hr daytime shifts.

Our event crew members are what makes our services special! They travel to our events, set up and guide the activities for our guests. Everything from serving smoothies, facilitating spin art, being a helping hand to adjust seat heights and accommodating guests for a comfortable experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Consistently show up on time and prepared
• Independently compile and pack event equipment
• A driver’s license is required for travel to and from events in our company van
• Set up and maintain our event equiptment
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Uphold brand standards for consumer interaction and booth appearance
• Facilitate activity while encouraging and engaging riders
• Maintain an understanding of our smoothie ingredients and be able to communicate their health benefits.
• Be comfortable initiating conversations with complete strangers
• Breakdown event, clean and sanitize all workspaces
• Fill out event recap report

Job Preferences

• Food preparation experience or certification
• Be open to travel to execute events
• Productive, fast, reliable, energetic, and friendly
• Cleanliness is a must
• Able to work independently with limited supervision
• Able to absorb new information quickly
• Excellent customer service skills

Job Requirements

• Be capable of lifting up to 65 lbs. Our stationary bikes are heavy!
• Have a valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company van
• Customer Service Skills - Enjoy interacting with people and putting a smile on their face

This position starts at $18/hour, with the potential to increase to $23/hour based on strong performance and gained experience.
