We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team in a unique hybrid role that combines hands-on event operations with sales. This position offers the opportunity to learn our business from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have a background in event management and sales, with the ability to work effectively in both operational and strategic capacities – traveling and executing events both locally and nationally. This role reports to Sales Director and Operations Director, and is designed as a pathway to sales leadership. The successful candidate will gain deep understanding of our services while developing skills to eventually contribute to sales team expansion and strategic planning.

Description

Event Operations Responsibilities (Initial Focus)

  • Execute event setup, operation, and breakdown including smoothie stand and special equipment management
  • Independently compile, pack, and transport event equipment using company vehicle
  • Maintain brand standards for customer interaction and booth appearance
  • Prepare smoothies while engaging with customers and communicating health benefits of ingredients
  • Ensure clean, safe work environment 
  • Complete event recap reports and inventory management

Sales Responsibilities (Progressive Training)

  • Manage client communication primarily through email and phone calls
  • Prepare contracts and invoices for client engagements
  • Support CRM data management and sales reporting
  • Learn and understand service logistics to effectively recommend and price offerings
  • Assist with lead generation and client relationship building
  • Contribute insights on sales process optimization and team expansion strategies

Required Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate company van
  • Background in event management and/or sales experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 65 lbs and work independently with limited supervision
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Available to travel and lead multi day special events
  • Comfortable initiating conversations with strangers
  • Quick learner who can absorb new information efficiently
  • Understanding of CRM systems and sales processes
  • Food preparation experience or certification preferred


Salary

$22 - $25 per hour
