Bijoux Noirs is a small business located at Capital Mall in Olympia, WA. We are growing, innovative, professional, and our goal is to empower women to embrace themselves, unapologetically. We provide the looks so that women can express themselves through the eyes of fashion. We help women make a fashion statement without speaking a word. We provide collections of hand-picked, high-quality fashion items and accessories. We cater to the desires of everyday women, who are looking to slay and be fierce. Our team is small, but it is definitely growing. We are looking to hire individuals who are upbeat, enthusiastic, energetic, honest, trustworthy, motivated, and driven. We also seeking individuals who can communicate well, while being great team players. 

We are hoping to hire immediately, within 1 or 2 weeks.

This job requires:

• Greeting and offering assistance to customers
• Answering customers’ questions
• Providing accurate information regarding merchandise (i.e. sizes, colors, in-stock quantity)
• Staying up-to-date on new products
• Informing customers about current sales and promotions
• Recommending merchandise based of customers’ needs and desires
• Cross-selling products
• Accurately totaling the cost of purchases and accept payments
• Maintaining fully stocked clothing racks
• Cleaning fitting rooms and work space
