  • Team up with our Logistics Manager to keep a close eye on inventory and catch any shortages, mix-ups, or safety issues before they become problems.
  • Follow cleaning and organization protocols. Keep things running smoothly by helping maintain and clean production and warehouse equipment on a regular schedule.
  • Use basic math and measurement skills to accurately count inventory, calculate quantities, measure materials, and maintain accurate records.

  • Look for opportunities to improve organization, efficiency, and workflow by reducing unnecessary steps, saving time, and sharing ideas that make our processes better.
  • Build knowledge and confidence in specific areas of the logistics operation, becoming a go-to resource for teammates and taking greater ownership as skills and experience grow.
  • Communicate clearly, stay flexible, and pitch in where needed to support the overall success of the logistics operation.
