We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our Ambulatory Infusion Center team, providing expert care to patients requiring complex infusion therapies.

Job Summary:

Successful incumbent will be responsible for comprehensive patient assessments, medication management, infusion monitoring, and ongoing patient education, collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical exams, and medication reviews to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Remain readily available either in-person, virtually, or by phone during the delivery of patient care to provide supervision of clinical personnel when appropriate.
  • Initiate and manage complex infusion therapies, including biologics, immunomodulatory agents, and other specialty medications.
  • Administer infusions safely and effectively, closely monitoring patients for potential adverse reactions and complications.
  • Collaborate with physicians to optimize treatment regimens and address any clinical concerns.
  • Provide comprehensive patient education regarding their infusion therapy, including medication side effects, self-care practices, and potential complications.
  • Maintain detailed patient records, including clinical documentation, medication administration logs, and progress notes.
  • Adhere to all regulatory standards and guidelines related to ambulatory infusion therapy.


Qualifications:

  • Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Montana.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an acute care setting, with a strong preference for experience in infusion therapy.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in IV access, medication administration, and infusion therapy management.
  • BLS Certification
  • Excellent clinical judgment, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.

Salary

$120,000 - $140,000 per year
