JOB OVERVIEW  

The marketing and sales assistant will be responsible for supporting Big Sky’s franchise clients to support their marketing initiatives. This includes helping onboard with various lead generation companies, providing reports, entering leads into the CRM, and making sure the client is onboarded through a checklist. This person will also serve as a contact between the sales representatives, the client, and other third parties. This role will have the opportunity to grow to be the company podcast and webinar manager. This role will also support the CEO’s executive assistant and other admin duties as assigned. This person MUST love the little details, get joy from being accurate, and have excellent written and communication skills. A successful marketing assistant must be detail-oriented, check their work twice, and help to make the executive leadership and sales team look great!  

 

TOP JOB DUTIES 


  1. SALES SUPPORT: Onboard new clients in the franchise sales support services, be liaison between company, client, and third party vendors for lead generation and other needs. Create client reports to send to client.  


  1. MARKETING SUPPORT: Work with marketing team to coordinate marketing schedule such as social media posts, emails and other marketing. 


  1. DATABASE MANAGER: Enter contacts into the company database and help manage database. 


  1. MISC. SUPPORT: Work with company suppliers and vendors for marketing support, client support, and other support needs. 


  1. (OPTIONAL) PODCAST & WEBINAER MANAGER: Manage podcast guests, booking guests, coordinating sign-ups, and preparing episodes for the editor. Support the team through their project by working collaboratively with the project manager. 


 

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 


  • Attends weekly internal check-in calls and monthly, or as needed, with clients. 


  • Log sales activity in the company CRM system as well as maintaining a clean and accurate database. 
  • Communicate with clients, prospects, internal staff via email, phone, text message, letters, and other forms of communication. 


  • Provide reports as needed for clients and for internal review. 


  • Stay up to date with sales trends and franchise news for better service and achievement of sales. 


  • Travel up to 5% to attend trade shows, client visits, training, and in-person staff meetings. 


 

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 


  • Minimum five years working as executive assistant, high ticket sales assistant, high ticket marketing manager, or business to business project manager. 


  • Minimum five years experience working in CRM system, marketing platform, company database, and other electronic resources for client management. 


  • No college degree is required.

COMPENSATION 

This is a part-time, (approximately 5-12 hours per week) hourly or base salary position depending on experience and skills.

COMPUTER AND INTERNET 

You must have access to high speed internet at your home office, have a computer capable of operating company programs such as Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, and similar programs. Most computers will need 8 GB RAM as a minimum. This is a remote position.
