About The Role

Join as the first engineering hire on a small, passionate team, reporting directly to the CTO. You will own a number of critical patient-facing, internal, and partner-facing features, and will be responsible for making them a reality. We will need your front-end expertise to solve difficult problems and challenges and deliver on ambitious roadmap objectives.

You should have deep expertise in front-end engineering and be versatile. You must also be value-driven and product oriented.

Our engineering team is remote and distributed, though our HQ is based in New York City.

About You:

• 5+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years working remotely
• Strong expertise in the following: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with modern Javascript frameworks such as Vue, Nuxt, React, Next
• Passion for delivering products end-to-end: from ideation through planning and scoping to implementation
• Independent, dedicated, and able to deliver ‘production ready’ code with minimal guidance
• Experience or desire to work collaboratively
• Expertise in developing solutions to ambiguous problems and integrations

Compensation range for this position is $130,000 to $175,000, depending on experience; actual compensation will be dependent upon the specific role, location, as well as the individual’s qualifications, experience, skills and certifications.
