Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Live Chat Agent / Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This is a work-from-home position where you will assist customers via live chat, email, and inbound phone calls, helping to resolve inquiries, process orders, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and account information.
  • Troubleshoot issues and offer effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate departments when needed.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics including customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet work environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required.

Salary

$28 - $36 per hour
