Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Live Chat Agent / Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This is a work-from-home position where you will assist customers via live chat, email, and inbound phone calls, helping to resolve inquiries, process orders, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and account information.
- Troubleshoot issues and offer effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate departments when needed.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and procedures.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet work environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required.
