About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Appointment Setter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients via phone, email, and social media to schedule appointments for our sales team. You’ll play a key part in driving our growth by creating opportunities and ensuring our pipeline stays full.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and send emails to warm and cold leads
- Qualify potential customers and schedule appointments for sales representatives
- Follow up with leads to confirm and reschedule appointments as needed
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate information
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for appointments set
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies
- Handle objections and provide basic information about our services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, sales, or appointment setting (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and Zoom
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
