Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our team in a remote capacity. This role involves handling administrative tasks, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and supporting internal communications—all from a home-based setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Respond to emails, calls, and messages promptly and professionally.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
- Assist with data entry, file organization, and database management.
- Support project coordination and task tracking for team initiatives.
- Conduct online research and compile findings as requested.
- Organize virtual meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners as needed.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, or equivalent tools.
- Comfortable using remote communication platforms such as Zoom, Slack, or Teams.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Experience working in a fully remote or hybrid work environment.
- Familiarity with task/project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, Notion).
