Job Title: Kitchen Team Member

The Kitchen Team Member is responsible for preparing and serving food while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen. This position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and friendly customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and cook menu items according to company procedures.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and handwashing requirements.
  • Check food temperatures and complete required kitchen logs.
  • Take and prepare guest food orders accurately.
  • Maintain clean food-preparation areas, equipment, and utensils.
  • Wash dishes and properly store kitchen supplies.
  • Restock food, drinks, and other supplies as needed.
  • Follow portion-control and food-quality standards.
  • Notify management of low inventory, damaged equipment, or safety concerns.
  • Assist with opening, closing, and general cleaning duties.
  • Work cooperatively with other team members and management.
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service.

Qualifications and Availability:


  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Must be available to work from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
  • Must be dependable, organized, and able to follow instructions.
  • Must be comfortable working in a busy kitchen environment.
  • Must be able to stand and remain active for extended periods.
  • Must be able to safely lift and carry kitchen supplies.
  • Must be willing to follow all company food-safety and sanitation policies.
  • Previous kitchen or customer-service experience is helpful but not required.

Kitchen Team Members are expected to maintain a professional attitude, follow all company policies, and prioritize food safety, cleanliness, quality, and guest satisfaction.

Salary

$8 - $9 per hour
