Description

Job Title: Court Monitor

The Court Monitor is responsible for supervising guests in designated courts and attraction areas while maintaining a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment. This position requires constant attention, clear communication, and friendly customer service.

Responsibilities:


  • Monitor guests and enforce all park safety rules.
  • Explain attraction rules and proper equipment use.
  • Correct unsafe behavior politely and professionally.
  • Assist guests with questions and concerns.
  • Respond promptly to injuries, emergencies, or safety incidents.
  • Notify management of hazards, damaged equipment, or rule violations.
  • Keep assigned courts and surrounding areas clean and organized.
  • Assist with opening, closing, and general cleaning duties.
  • Work cooperatively with other team members and management.
  • Help create a welcoming and positive experience for every guest.

Qualifications and Availability:


  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Must be available to work from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
  • Must be dependable, attentive, and safety-focused.
  • Must communicate clearly with children and adults.
  • Must be comfortable enforcing rules consistently.
  • Must be able to stand and remain active for extended periods.
  • Must be able to work in a loud, fast-paced environment.
  • Additional evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required.
  • Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required.

Court Monitors are expected to maintain a professional attitude, follow all company policies, and prioritize guest safety at all times.

Salary

$8 - $9 per hour
